Before you book.
What if I'm not home at pickup?
Leave the bag where you tell us to — porch, side gate, concierge desk. The driver logs a bag count and a photo at collection, so nothing goes missing without a record.
How is wash & fold weighed?
On a certified scale at intake, and the weight is on your receipt before we charge anything. If your estimate was off, the price follows the scale, not the estimate.
Do you handle commercial volume?
Daily hotel and restaurant routes are most of what we do. Switch the toggle above to Commercial for volume tiers and standing schedules.
What about stains and repairs?
Spot treatment is included. Button replacement and minor seam repair are handled in-house and quoted before we touch the garment.
